Sarah Stemer is the owner and founder of Stemer Intellectual Property. With over 15 years of experience in litigation, copyrights and trademarks, she has represented clients in every sector, spanning from apparel to airplanes.
After graduating with honors from the University of Florida, she worked in the intellectual property department at Siemens AG in Munich, Germany, then returned to earn her Juris Doctorate in 2010. During law school, she interned with the State Attorney Prosecutor’s office in Florida and volunteered as a mentor for special education students.
Outside of the office, Sarah is still volunteers her time with the ACLU Volunteer Legal Panel, the CASA/GAL Special Advocate for Children program and is a trauma-conscious certified yoga teacher for veterans. In her free time, she enjoys photography, camping and yoga.
