Andrew brings decades of experience in intellectual property law and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on copyright and trademark disputes, brand protection, and strategic resolution of complex legal issues. As Of Counsel to Stemer Law, he offers clients deep insight into both litigation and preventative strategy across creative and commercial sectors.

Andrew’s practice centers on intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution, including infringement matters, unfair competition, and rights enforcement. He also advises on general commercial and contract disputes, drawing on a broad base of experience with employment law, entertainment matters, and legal consulting for creative businesses and individuals. His clients include creatives, artists, companies and professionals in industries such as digital media, publishing, fashion, entertainment, and consumer products, many of whom rely on Andrew’s legal guidance to navigate the evolving legal landscape surrounding content creation and brand development.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew co-founded the boutique firm Kushnirsky Gerber PLLC, where he built a respected intellectual property and commercial practice. He previously served as an attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, where he focused on high-stakes IP litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal courts nationwide.

Andrew’s background combines big-firm litigation experience with boutique-level client service, making him a trusted advisor for companies and creatives alike.
